Grown on the lush slopes of Volcán Barú, Panama’s highest peak, this Geisha comes from the renowned Damarli Estate, where volcanic soils and high altitude produce stunning complexity. After harvest, the cherries undergo a 5–7 day yeast fermentation to enhance clarity and aromatics, followed by slow sun-bed drying to preserve delicate flavors.

Expect a silky, tea-like body with deep sweetness, vibrant fruit, and a clean floral finish.
