I am a big fan of Central American coffees. After moving back to the US from Nicaragua, I have searched for a good Nicaraguan coffee roast. For 12 years, I was met with disappointment; until I found Peachey coffee! Peachey’s attention to detail and finely tuned taste buds have combined to make a premium roast which I recommend to anyone who is in search of a smooth, rich roast with good depth of flavor and beautiful notes of chocolate.

if you like the ethiopia, you'll like this one too. I haven't tried very many different brew methods with it. but it's good in my pourover drip machine.
